20th May, 2019 was the day in the history of Ignatiuz on which they acquired approx. 10,000 Sq. ft office with state-of-the-art facilities. The bigger office has a larger work space, telephone booths, a cafe, wellness room and game area to boost the mental and physical health of the employees. The current office houses 200 workstations along with 3 hi-tech conference rooms and ultra-modern director’s space facilitating smooth remote communication with clients across the globe.
Management shared that merging three smaller locations into one grand location was a big challenge but also a strategic decision. While doing so everyone from top to bottom went through lot of hard work, sacrifice, disturbance and even some obvious disassociation with place, vendors and employees. However, they still consider this as one of the company’s biggest achievement.
